Tori in Customer Service went above and beyond for me. Last Spring I purchased a Crepe Myrtle from Perfect Plants. A beautiful healthy plant arrived. It was beautiful all Summer. Unfortunately, after a very harsh Ohio Winter my beautiful Crepe Myrtle looked like it did not make it. I did not purchase the warranty when I bought my plant. I contacted Customer Service. They did not have to do anything for me, but Tori sent me some Boosting Fertilizer to see if we could revive my plant. After about 4 weeks my Crepe Myrtle has come back and is thriving. Thank you! Thank you Perfect Plants! You are the best!

The blueberry bush arrived faster than I expected and appears to be healthy with fruit blossoming already. The soil was damp and the plant looks to be thriving. We are so excited about this plant and will recommend Perfect Plants Nursery to all our friends!

First, I purchased a gift card from the website. When I tried to redeem the gift card, my remaining balance was about a dollar or less- the website did not allow me to actually pay the difference but instead expected me to add significant more charges to my order to process the transaction. I called customer support - they were able to push the transaction through with no extra charges. I purchase a hardy pomegranate tree and 1 year warranty. I opted for the shipping to be delayed until the early spring to ensure good success. I did not receive a confirmation email or receipt for my transaction despite my gift card being used. Tree arrived in good condition. During that growing season, it thrived and seemed to do well. However it did not survive the winter despite being rated to well below my zone (7b/8a). I reached out to MPP via their contact form in March and did not receive a response. I directly responded to one of their marketing emails explaining my difficulties and did get a response - I was told I did not purchase a 12 month warranty and there was nothing that could be done. I called the support line and the agent saw that my order did have a warranty but it had expired

Perfect plants is a 10/10. The customer service team is very helpful and listens to their customers' needs. I ordered my 3-gallon windmill palm tree to replace an existing one that unfortunately did not make it through the winter. Tori, from the customer service team, was very professional and able to provide specifications / details to make sure their product would be a right fit. The palm was delivered securely and was very healthy. I cannot thank Perfect Plants enough for their customer service and amazing products!

Recently ordered 2 Arbequina olive trees online from Home Depot and these came a few days later from Perfect Plants in Florida. They’re at least 4-5 feet tall or more, beautiful and have tiny olives on them already. Extremely pleased. Give this Nursery a try.
